Government Support for Faith Organizations
Faith organizations (tro- og livssynssamfunn) in Norway can receive a small annual contribution from the government for each registered supporter.
Would you like your contribution to support a group that more accurately reflects your beliefs?
If so, you now have the opportunity to register as a supporter of Je Tsongkhapa Buddhistsenter – this is an easy and meaningful way to help the centre & to benefit others.
Registration with Je Tsongkhapa Buddhistsenter
You do not need to call yourself a Buddhist to become a supporter of the centre, just have the wish to support our activities. You can sign out again whenever you wish to.
You can only be registered with one faith organization at a time.
If you are not registered with any other organization, you just need to let us know your date of birth and personal number, either in person or by email: admin@meditasjonioslo.no.
If you know which faith organization you are currently registered with simply write to them asking to sign out and to receive an “Utmeldingsattest” as confirmation. You can dowload a form to sign out of the State Church “utmeldingsskjema” by clicking here.
You can call Brønnøysundregistrene on 75 00 75 00 to request a letter confirming which group you are registered with.
