It is easy to blame others for problems we experience in relation to them, to expect them to be different or to wish for them to change.
However it is much more realistic to look within ourselves to discover what we can to change in our perception, expectations and way of relating to others in order to improve our relationships.
If we do this we discover that we can change our whole experience of our life and relationships by changing from within!
