Request a Class in Your Area
Are you interested in Buddhist meditation but live too far away to come to our classes in Oslo?
We hope to eventually offer meditation classes throughout Norway so please let us know your requests.
Especially if you can get together a group of interested people, find a suitable venue or help distribute publicity in your local area then it will be easier for us to organise a class in your area.
NEW ~ Correspondence Course
If you are unable to attend courses at the centre, it is still possible for you to join Foundation Program (FP) as a correspondence student. In which case you can listen to classes which we record and upload to the Internet straight after each class. Click here to read more about Foundation Program.
