Find freedom and peace in this half day meditation workshop with Buddhist nun Gen Kelsang Tubchen in the heart of Oslo. Although we all want to be happy and free from suffering, we often find ourselves hanging on to things that trouble us and cause us suffering and pain. Through training in meditation we can learn how to live our lives with joy and let go of all the things that hold us back and cause us mental pain.

This course will teach you how to meditate and use meditation to live a joyful, free and happy life. If you already meditate it will enable you to deepen your experience of the liberating power of letting go.

This course draws on the teachings of Modern Buddhism which are open to everyone and are presented in a relevant and accessible way for modern people.
