It is said their are eight great outer fears and eight great inner fears. All of us experience fear, worry, anxiety and problems in our life from time to time. In this one day course we will explore how through relying on Arya Tara, the female Buddha of compassion, we can create our own inner protection from suffering.
Gen Kelsang Tubchen will explain practical methods and meditations to deal with the eight great fears and the course will include a special explanation of the profound chanted practice of Liberation from Sorrow.
This practice is done each month at the centre on the 8th, so this is a wonderful opportunity to get an explanation to this practice and deepen your understanding of it.
