Do you feel stuck in negative thoughts about yourself or others?
That is not necessary, we can certainly change our patterns and by doing so positively influence the quality of life for both our self and others.
Learning to think positively and abandon negative attitudes is the best way to improve the quality of our life. Buddha’s teachings give us the wisdom to identify and let go of the perspectives that keep us stuck in habitual, negative patterns of thought. By developing the skill to authentically transform our mind through meditation we can change the way we view our self, others and the world around us, and in this way become more flexible, light and happy in daily life.
- This course will introduce meditation techniques to relax and let go of stress, bad habits and negativity and instead cultivate and connect with positive and peaceful states of minds. In this way we can create space in our mind, allowing a fresh perspective on life to emerge.
Gen Kelsang Tubchen will present an inspiring vision of our potential and guide us in simple yet effective meditations that we can use in our own daily lives, gradually bringing our vision into reality. Through using these timeless methods, we can empower ourselves and learn to enjoy truly satisfying and meaningful lives
