This meditation retreat provides an opportunity to step aside from the busyness and distractions of daily life and to deepen our concentration and inner peace in silence. We can then return to our daily life refreshed and energised – with a powerful, peaceful mind.
Turning off our phones and turning inward through meditation, we can experience deep inner silence, peace and joy and return to our daily lives deeply renewed and energetic.
The retreat will be led by Gen Kelsang Tubchen, a modern Buddhist nun with over 12 years of experience leading and participating in meditation retreats. Each day she will lead a number of meditation exercises that will enable us to develop our concentration and our confidence with positive and peaceful states of mind.
Thus we can enjoy the happiness that inner peace provides, both when we meditate and between the sessions. By practicing in this way during the retreat, we can bring this skill back into our daily lives.
