Nowadays we have so many distractions that it is rare to enjoy even a few moments of peace. Through deepening our concentration we increase the power of our mind, our energy, our ability to fulfill our wishes and our inner peace. With this new found concentration we will be able to significantly improve our meditation experience and overall inner peace, happiness and well being.

This course is a perfect preparation for the Stillness Within retreat (Easter holiday), which requires four weeks of training in concentration in daily practice at home.

This course will be taught by Gen Kelsang Tubchen, who is the Resident Teacher at the Nordic Kadampa Meditation Centre in Oslo, and the National Spiritual Director of the New Kadampa Tradition in the Nordic Region. She has many years of experience in teaching concentration and guiding meditation retreats. During this day course, Gen Tubchen will teach us meditations that we can continue to practice ourselves to improve our concentration.

If you are unable to attend the course in person, it will be possible to listen to downloads of the classes. Please get in touch if this applies to you.
