Hovedlærer
Gen Kelsang Tubchen er hovedlærer ved Nordisk Kadampa Meditasjonssenter i Norge. Hun er en begavet og inspirerende lærer som alle vil ha utbytte av å høre på; buddhister og ikke-buddhister unge som gamle. I 2013 ble hun valgt som det åndelige overhodet for den nye kadampa tradisjonen i Norden. I tillegg til å undervise i Oslo og andre steder i Norge, besøker hun regelmessig de andre nordiske landene for å undervise der også.

Hun har undervist og ledet meditasjon-retreater ved Tharpaland International Retreatsenter i Skottland i mange år og inngå i over et år retreat i stillhet. Hun har også undervist to av studieprogrammene; det Generelle Programmet og Fundament Programmet, i East Kilbride, Scotland før hun i 2009 aksepterte en anmodning om å tiltre som lærer ved Kadampa Buddhistsenteret i Oslo. Gen Tubchen er disippel og student av Ærverdige Geshe Kelsang Gyatso Rinpoche, grunnleggeren av den Nye Kadampa Tradisjonen. Hun har studert og praktisert både Sutra og Tantra under Geshe Kelsang siden 2000, og ble ordinert som Buddhistnonne i 2003.

Katrin teaches mainly in Norwegian and often teaches one of the lunch meditation classes.
