Everyone, regardless of their level of experience or background, can benefit from the classes & courses offered on the General Programme. It is a highly accessible programme, designed to address everyday problems with simple and practical advice that makes sense according to our daily experience.

The classes provide a basic introduction to Buddhist teachings and meditations. Through these classes we can learn how to use Buddha’s advice as a solution to our daily problems. In this way we come to experience a sense of peace and happiness in our lives.

Everyone is welcome – you do not need to be a Buddhist to attend, or to benefit from the classes.

Each class consists of at least one guided meditation, sometimes two, together with a talk and time for Q&A

The classes are organized as short courses, usually 3 – 6 weeks long. Check the class days’ dates for the course you wish to attend. You can attend the whole course or simply drop in whenever you can as each class is self-contained, or you can just come along to try a session.

You do not need to book in advance, simply pay when you arrive. If you would like more information or help, please contact us by email or phone.

We also offer a GP supporting membership which allows you attend all courses and events.
