Breaking Bad Habits

Meditation Course in English

Sunday 10 February

10:00 – 13:30

about the course

We don’t want to hurt the people we love, yet it’s something we might regularly do. We don’t want to engage in behaviour or actions that have a negative impact on our own self-esteem or health, yet we behave like this on a daily basis. Why?

Bad habits are destructive and make us unhappy and unhealthy. If left uncontrolled they have the power to completely destroy our reputation, our relationships and our sense of self worth.

In this meditation course Gen Kelsang Dragpa will explain about the negative mental tendencies that keep us compulsively engaging in negative behaviours that harm ourself and others. By understanding our mind in this way we can bring it under control and find mental peace, freedom, integrity and confidence. We can break our bad habits forever. Everyone is welcome.
