about the course

In today’s society, it’s sometimes difficult to relax and enjoy. Our mind is so busy that we can not even fully enjoy the things we like. We are constantly making plans and worry about the future, which leaves us stressed and dissatisfied and feel bad about past events that have in some way disturbed us. In order to increase our inner peace and happiness we need to develop our mindfulness and wisdom so we can gradually enjoy every moment of our life.

In this course,  you will learn mindfulness and meditation methods, that help you to let go of our unskillful ways of thinking about the future and the past and how to start living joyfully in the moment.

Kelsang Loten is the Administrative Director of Nordisk Kadampa Meditasjon Centre in Oslo.

She has been practicing Kadampa Buddhism since 2012 and took ordination in the summer of 2017.

She studies on the Foundation Program and teaches in a way that is clear and accessible for all.
