about the course
Meditation is a way of calming the mind and provides us with the opportunity to develop a positive approach to life. If we practice meditation we can learn to be happy and peaceful no matter what is going on around us. We can learn to let go of negative emotions, bad habits, overcome stress and anxiety. There is nothing more meaningful then this because it’s the way to fulfill our own and others deepest wish, simply to be happy.
In this course, you will learn how to meditate, the purpose of meditation and how to develop your own meditation practice. This will help us cope with and overcome the business and difficulties of daily life.
Vemund is a student on the Foundation Programme.

He share practical methods to use meditation in to solve everyday problem.
