about the course

We don’t want to hurt the people we love, yet it’s something we might regularly do. We don’t want to engage in behavior or actions that have a negative impact on our own self-esteem or health, yet we behave like this on a daily basis. Why?

 

Bad habits are destructive and make us unhappy and unhealthy. If left uncontrolled they have the power to completely destroy our reputation, our relationships and our sense of self worth. 

 

In this course, Vemund will explain how we can recognize, reduce and finally completely overcome our bad habits and replace them with positive habits conducive to our own and others happiness and well-being. We will be able to control our mind and direct it towards objects that increase our mental peace, freedom, integrity and confidence.

Vemund is a student on the Foundation Programme.

He has been studying meditation for several years.

He share practical methods to use meditation in to solve everyday problem.

He is known for his gentle manner and loving-kindness.
