We will also have the opportunity to take these teachings to heart through special guided meditations led by Gen Kelsang Dragpa, the National Spiritual Director of the NKT in the Nordic region.
You can also deepen your experience at the Easter Retreat on How to Transform your Life in Stromstad, Sweden 18-22 April with Gen Kelsang Dragpa.

Empowerment of Buddha Shakyamuni & Teachings on How to Transform Your Life
During the weekend Gen-la Dekyong will also grant the Empowerment of Buddha Shakyamuni, the founder of Buddhism in this world. An Empowerment is a peaceful guided meditation through which we connect to an inspiring source of positive energy.
