Gen-la Khyenrab will grant the blessing empowerment of Buddha Shakyamuni and teachings on the sublime prayer, Request to the Lord of all Lineages.
No greater meaning
All Buddha Shakyamuni's teachings of Sutra and Tantra are included in this special prayer, which is designed for easy memorisation and contemplation.
If we practice this prayer sincerely it will touch our heart and transform our mind into authentic wisdom, love, compassion and other spiritual realisations.
Venerable Geshe Kelsang Gyatso Rinpoche says, "There is no greater meaning than engaging in this practice."
About the Festival
Founded by Venerable Geshe Kelsang Gyatso Rinpoche and organised by NKT-IKBU, the annual Spring Festival is a special event for people new to Kadampa Buddhism as well as those with previous experience.
It combines empowerment, teachings and meditations in an inspiring presentation of modern Kadampa Buddhism that will fire you up spiritually and leave you fully equipped to begin to transform your life into a meaningful path.
Special circumstances, special opportunity
Because of the restrictions arising from the pandemic, this year's Festival is being held online.
As you will see, this provides a special opportunity to reach more people and to bring people across the world together in a special online gathering where, though isolated from one point of view, we can join together in sharing the special practice of training in compassion for our suffering world.
We look forward to sharing this experience with you and making a powerful and positive contribution to the wellbeing of our world.
