In our busy lives we sometimes forget what its like to be relaxed and happy. All our time and energy is taken by following the news, social media, or being preoccupied with our job, our family and trying to get some exciting experiences in the weekends or holidays.
What we might be missing is a method to have daily mini holidays, little breaks, where we can completely relax, be free from worries and distractions, and experience a deep feeling of inner peace.
Gen Cho will teach and guide meditation techniques that Buddha taught that are all methods to create inner peace and a deep sense of joy.
