For most of us many times a day our inner peace is disturbed by us worrying about various things. The state of our world, the environment, our health, our relationship with our partner and family, our job etc etc.. All these things can weigh heavily on our mind and create stress and unpleasant feelings.
In this talk Gen Dragpa will present some simple methods to reduce and eliminate these worries from our mind so that we can experience a calm and happy life.

Gen Kelsang Dragpa is the Resident Teacher at Kadampa meditasjonssenter Oslo, and National Spiritual Director for the Nordic Region.
He has been practising and teaching Kadampa Buddhism for many years and has been an ordained monk since 1993.
His way of teaching is very practical and easy to understand.
