Karma-why is this happening to me?

  • Nordisk Kadampa Meditasjonssenter 26 Majorstuveien Oslo, 0367 Norway (map)

Half-day course meditation with Gen Dragpa

How many times have we asked ourselves ; Why is this happening to me ? Why me ? The law of karma is a special instance of the law of cause and effect, according to which all our actions of body, speech, and mind are causes and all our experiences are their effects.  Gen Dragpa will introduce Buddha's teachings on cause and effect, and explain the benefits of practically living in accordance with that universal law. We will thus be able to gradually reduce and remove our problems and difficulties and find a stable and deep inner contentment and happiness.
