This hour-long session includes the beautiful chanted practice of the Buddha of compassion Avalokiteshvara.

This concise and powerful practice awakens our good heart and helps to connect to the power of compassion of all Buddhas.

In conjunction with the practice you will be guided into the meditation known as “Taking and Giving” together with mantra recitation, as methods to heal our own and others’ suffering.

Guided in English by our resident teacher and Buddhist monk Gen Kelsang Dragpa.
