A meditation course where Gen Dragpa will introduce various meditations that will help us experience more inner peace
and happiness.
We will learn that by meditating regularly we can control our mind, choose to react more positively to what happens in our life and find a deep inner peace and contentment. We will explore meditations on our breath,
on positive states of mind, on our mind itself and on a mantra. We will find that even 10 minutes meditation can have a deep calming effect on us and produce a great sense of freedom and happiness.
The half-day course is suitable to those new to meditation as well as experienced practitioners.

is the Resident Teacher at Kadampa meditasjonssenter Oslo, and National Spiritual Director for the Nordic Region. He has been practising and teaching Kadampa Buddhism for many years and has been an ordained monk since 1993. His way of teaching is very practical and easy to understand.
