Gen Dragpa will guide various meditations such as meditation on our breath, on a mantra, on our mind and on love. If we give ourselves permission to take a part of our day to allow our mind te become calm, peaceful and happy, we can then take this inner peace with us in our daily activities. Before too long our mind will become more relaxed and happier.
This course is suitable for complete beginners as well as those who wish to improve or reconnect with their meditation practice.
