Holding on to painful feelings such as stress, anxiety, depression and loneliness causes us much unhappiness and stops us from being able to truly enjoy our life.
This course will focus on simple ways in which we can let go of painful emotions, using techniques from Buddhist teachings and meditations.
Through applying these instructions in our daily life, we can learn to live a happier and more fulfilling life.
