    By attending this course you will be guided through special meditation techniques specifically designed for you to become able to let go of worry, regrets and general uneasiness.

    Become more joyful and appreciative of the opportunities that come from a calm, relaxed and peaceful mind, so that you have more happiness to share with others throughout your modern daily life.

    In this course our resident teacher and Buddhist monk Gen Kelsang Dragpa will guide different meditations and give a lot of practical advice on how to integrate and strengthen the practice of meditation in your daily life, so that you will continue to make progress, make better choices and live an increasingly meaningful life.

    • Gen Kelsang Dragpa is the Resident Teacher at Kadampa meditasjonssenter Oslo, and National Spiritual Director for the Nordic Region.

      He has been practising and teaching Kadampa Buddhism for many years and has been an ordained monk since 1993.

      His way of teaching is very practical and easy to understand.

    • Session 1: 10:00-11:30

    • Session 2: 12:00-13:30

    • How should I dress for class?
      No special clothing is required. Come as you are.

    • What do I need to bring to class?
