During this public talk Gen Kelsang Dragpa will guide two simple but effective meditations and present a few practical tips for improving our inner peace and focus. If we can focus , or concentrate, with a calm mind on the things that are important and beneficial during our daily activities, we will quickly become more successful.
Learning which states of mind keep us from experiencing happiness , we can choose to let go of these minds and develop positive states of mind. Everyone is welcome for this course, no previous experience necessary.
