A special day of retreat at our city-temple

Every day we remember the extraordinary kindness of Venerable Geshe-la, our Root Guru and Founder of the New Kadampa Tradition. 

But on the auspicious day June 4 on Venerable Geshe-la’s birthday, at Kadampa centres around the world, with minds of rejoicing and gratitude, we offer him our faith through using the special prayer Request to the Holy Spiritual Guide Venerable Geshe Kelsang Gyatso from his Faithful Disciples and collecting our Guru’s name mantra in a one-day retreat.

This year at Manjushri KMC due to the particular schedule in early June we will not be able to engage in this special retreat on the usual day. Instead we have moved it to take place on NKT Day April 2, where we will celebrate the wonderful achievements through Venerable Geshe-la and the work of the NKT.

On April 1 in the evening, there will be an introduction to the retreat.

Everyone is welcome to take part.

Introduction with Gen-la Dekyong 20:30-”1:30

Saturday 2. april
Session 1: 09:45-11:30
Session 2: 12:30-14:00
Session 3: 17:30-19:00
