Each and every one of us has the capacity to experience an endless supply of mental peace and happiness. Unfortunately, we may have some bad habits of thinking that result in feeling stressed and worried much of the time. If our mind is peaceful we can choose to be happy all the time.
In this half-day course, Gen Dragpa who has over 30 years of experience of study, practice and meditation will explain how to gain a special ability and the power to free ourself from negative emotions and instead, discover and abide in our natural capacity for happiness and joy.
This course will include guided meditations so that we will be able to gain a personal experience of the happiness, peace and well being that comes from within. This event is perfect for those who are new and curious about meditation but also useful for more experienced meditators too. We wish everyone a warm welcome to this special event!

Gen Kelsang Dragpa is the Resident Teacher at Kadampa meditasjonssenter Oslo, and National Spiritual Director for the Nordic Region.
He has been practising and teaching Kadampa Buddhism for many years and has been an ordained monk since 1993.
His way of teaching is very practical and easy to understand.
