How to develop authentic self-confidence

  • Nordisk Kadampa Meditasjonssenter 26 Majorstuveien Oslo, 0367 Norway (map)

We all wants to feel good about ourselves, but having a genuine self-confidence is something that we may struggle with sometimes.

Our self-confidence and our self-worth are often based on worldly achievements, such as approval from others, having a high status and our appearance. But we cannot always avoid being criticized and as we don't always remain successful, young and beautiful, this leaves us vulnerable to low self-esteem.

In this course, Gen Kelsang Dragpa, will teach how it is possible to validate and empower ourselves from within. This we can accomplish by generating states of mind that are deeply calming and enriching and that are not dependent on external circumstances.

By using reliable inner methods, we will develop a strong and authentic self-confidence that naturally empowers us in all our activities. In this way we can begin to be the confident, joyful, loving person we truly wish to be.
