How to rely upon a Spiritual Guide

  • Kadampa Meditasjonssenter Oslo 26 Majorstuveien Oslo, 0367 Norway (map)
  • A very special half-day course with resident teacher & buddhist monk Gen Kelsang Dragpa that will clarify many important points around how to deepen our relationship with our Spiritual Guide.

In this course you will learn how to build confidence & deep experience in your meditation practices by the ancient method of relying on the Spiritual Guide.

Just as in our ordinary education we need to rely upon the help of well-qualified teachers to guide us from the level of nursery school to the completion of college or university training, so in the spiritual training that leads to full enlightenment we also need to rely upon a well-qualified Spiritual Guide.

By attending this course you will gain an understanding of

    • Why all serious practitioners need a Spiritual Guide

    • How to correctly identify a qualified Spiritual Guide

    • How to prevent mistakes and misunderstandings of this practice

    • How to practice skillfully so to bring joy to yourself and others

    • Gen Kelsang Dragpa is the Resident Teacher at Kadampa meditasjonssenter Oslo, and National Spiritual Director for the Nordic Region.
