    In this course our resident teacher and buddhist monk Gen Kelsang Dragpa will introduce different meditation techniques and ways of thinking that will transform our normal attitudes of self-centeredness to a genuine heartfelt loving mind towards others.

    By attending you will gain a refreshed attitude and outlook on others so that it will be much easier for you to be patient, loving and helpful when you are with them.

    You will learn how to practically develop love, empathy and compassion, so that you can bring more peace and harmony into your life and into the lives of those around you. 

    This course will give you the best tools to create a meaningful life for yourself.  

    • Gen Kelsang Dragpa is the Resident Teacher at Kadampa meditasjonssenter Oslo, and National Spiritual Director for the Nordic Region.

      He has been practising and teaching Kadampa Buddhism for many years and has been an ordained monk since 1993.

      His way of teaching is very practical and easy to understand.

    • How should I dress for class?
      No special clothing is required. Come as you are.
