A special half day course where we will learn skilful ways of dealing with challenging situations. We can sometimes feel a bit overwhelmed, too many things seem to go wrong and we start to feel exhausted and unhappy. Instead of feeling bad about ourselves, we can analyse to see if we can react to life's uncertainties with a lighter and more relaxed mind.
Gen Dragpa will share Budddha's practical advice and guide meditations that will help us to swiftly create a calmer and stronger mind. Everybody is welcome -
Gen Kelsang Dragpa is the Resident Teacher at Kadampa meditasjonssenter Oslo, and National Spiritual Director for the Nordic Region.
He has been practising and teaching Kadampa Buddhism for many years and has been an ordained monk since 1993.
His way of teaching is very practical and easy to understand.
