Worry, stress and anxiety are no fun. In the extreme, they can paralyze us, prevent us from pursuing our goals and dreams, and create an underlying sense of unease and unhappiness in our life.
In modern life, almost everyone experiences some degree of fear and anxiety. By discovering their underlying causes and learning new ways of thinking, we can reduce and eventually overcome these unskillful habits of mind. Navigating wisely through the challenges of life is how we learn to live fearlessly.
In this course we will learn Buddhas wisdom methods of training our mind through which we will gradually be able to approach all situations with a sense of peace and joy. This form of freedom gives our lives great meaning.
Each session will consist of guided meditations and a short talk with an opportunity to ask questions afterwards.
