Making meditation a healthy habit

  • Kadampa Meditasjonssenter Oslo 26 Majorstuveien Oslo, 0367 Norway (map)
  • You too can meditate! Tasting the joy and freedom that arises from regular meditation depends on establishing a habit. The purpose of meditation is to make our mind calm and peaceful.

If we train in meditation, our mind will gradually become more and more peaceful, and we will experience a purer and purer form of happiness. Eventually, we will be able to stay happy all the time, even in the most difficult circumstances.

Gen Kelsang Dragpa will propose ways to motivate, inspire, and engage yourself in regular meditation. In particular, he will explain how a stable energy for meditation doesn’t come from pushing or forcing oneself to meditate, but from a relaxed appreciation for its beauty, simplicity, and transformative power.

At the end of this course you will feel confident you can start (or continue) with a meditation practice that will be stable, joyful and efficient.
