The classes will include breathing meditation techniques which will introduce you to the basics of meditation and show how you can start to be more happy, peaceful and joyful, day by day. The meditations are basic but profound, and can help you to discover new ways of responding to life and a fresh outset for your day.
This summer we are offering you a special opportunity to develop your meditation practice in the comfort of your home with these online meditation courses.
The course consists of five one-hour videos that include both meditations and a talk on how to practically apply them into your daily life. The course will be guided in English, but you are very welcome to send in your questions in either Norwegian or English.
5 meditations in 5 days that will get you going into the rhythm of a daily meditation practice and experience the incredible benefits of meditation.
At the end of your 5 days we encourage you to send in your questions and we will make a response to the different questions we receive and send it to you. Send your questions in until 19 July. We will send an 1 hour Q&A session on 22nd July to all course participants.

Gen Kelsang Dragpa with over 25 years of meditation experience will guide you skillfully step by step in this 5 day journey and open up a new world of possibilities.
