Half-day Course with Gen Dragpa


Discover your inner strength through meditation. Learn powerful methods to transform life’s difficulties heal your body and mind and find inner peace. In this course Gen Dragpa will explain how we can improve our mental and physical wellbeing by developing and maintaining positive states of mind. By understanding what will make us truly happy, we can add to our life a spiritual dimension that improves all our daily experiences. We will gain control over our mind and gradually become peaceful and happy all the time.


In this course you will learn two practices to free us from mental and physical hindrances and to make our mind and body clear and lucid.

  1. The meditation on dispelling impure winds by the purification practice of the nine exhalations

  2. The hollow body meditation - a meditation to eliminate obstacles and problems arising in relation to our channels, winds and drops.

You will also learn

  • About our subtle body (our channels, winds and drops)

  • Mounting taking and giving upon the breath which is a very effective practice to curing disease.

Each session includes a teaching and guided meditation.

Everybody welcome
No need for any special clothing or equipment. No previous experience is required. You can sit on a chair or on a meditation cushion.

This course is taught by Gen Kelsang Dragpa.  He is the Resident Teacher at Nordic KMC, and National Spiritual Director for the Nordic Region.  He has been practising and teaching Kadampa Buddhism for many years and has been an ordained monk since 1993.  His way of teaching is very practical and easy to understand.
