Buddha says:

"If you realize your own mind you will become a Buddha; you should not seek Buddhahood elsewhere."

In this retreat we will explore and deepen our understanding and experience of the various levels of our own mind so as to come closer to realizing our own mind directly.

This way of training in Mahamudra is very special. Its temporary purpose is to make our mind progressively more subtle and therefore more peaceful; and to reduce our delusions such as anger and attachment so that we can solve many of our daily problems. However, the ultimate aim of this training is eventually to realize directly our continuously residing mind and thus attain enlightenment quickly.

The six stages are:

  1. Identifying our own mind

  2. Realizing our mind directly

  3. Identifying our subtle mind

  4. Realizing our subtle mind directly

  5. Identifying our very subtle mind

  6. Realizing our very subtle mind directly

Every session includes prayers and guided meditation.
