Meditations for a happy and meaningful life

Gen Dragpa will explain and guide meditations from the books Mirror of Dharma and A New Meditation Handbook that will help us to improve our capacity to transform and deal with life's problems and experience a deeper feeling of relaxation and inner peace.

These meditations are both for those new to meditation and those who already have some experience.

The New Meditation Handbook is a practical guide to meditation that teaches us how to make ourself and others happy by developing inner peace, and in this way making our lives more meaningful.
