In this special away retreat at the beautiful Gullnåsgarden in Strömstad, Gen Lekma will explain and guide powerful meditations that will enable you to relate to yourself and your life in a positive and transformative way.

You will not only experience inner peace but develop essential skills that will build your confidence and inner wisdom, enabling you to feel positive about yourself and your future. Each meditation will help you to develop wise reactions and increase your positive attitude and mental well-being in daily life.

Gen Lekma will explain how to calm the mind, increase your ability to concentrate and then lead a beautiful sequence of meditations. You don’t have to be Buddhist or have any previous experience of meditation to gain benefit from this retreat. Everybody is welcome.

You will discover:

  • How to settle the mind, gather inwards and attain peace & concentration

  • How to find happiness from inside

  • A powerful sequence of meditation you can use in your daily practice

There will be 4 sessions a day and enough time to go for walks and explore the wonderful area around Gullnåsgarden.

Gen Keslang Lekma

Is a senior Buddhist nun with nearly 30 years of teaching and meditation experience who has taught in the UK and the US for much of this time.

Gen Lekma is a very popular teacher and her clear, lighthearted and often entertaining talks express the path of wisdom and meditation in a way that most people of the modern world can relate to. She's greatly cherished by her students for her warm, light and wise example
