The best is yet to come

  • Kadampa Meditasjonssenter Oslo 26 Majorstuveien Oslo, 0367 Norway (map)
  • A course to take control and let go of past burdens and limitations begin to create a future where we can feel happy about ourselves and our life. We can sometimes feel stuck in our ways and hold onto habits that we know are not helpful but we can't seem to find the strength or energy to change.

In this course we shall learn new ways of using our past experiences to inspire us, and to become who we really want to be.
